Record Kicks releases "Afro Sides Vol. 2", a new compilation made up of some of the best afro funk tracks of the RK catalogue and available on all digital platforms on July 16th.
With its motto "The explosive sound from Today's scene", Milan-based independent label Record Kicks, together with similar outfits like Daptone Records, Truth & Soul, Jazzman, Freestyle or Timmion, has been pitching the so-called "Deep Funk" scene for over 18 years. After the previous instalments "Soul Sides Vol.2" and "Funk Sides Vol.2", it's now time for "Afro Sides Vol.2", a brand-new compilation made up of 10 infectious afro funk stormers featuring the very best of the Milan label catalogue with rare gems from Baby Charles, Calibro 35, The Tibbs, Whatitdo Archive Group and many more.
